William Colbert Obituary
Friends and family may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, (August 14), at the Baris Funeral Home, 87 West Genesee Street, Clyde NY. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery.
Memorials in his name, may be made to the Wayne County Humane Society, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, NY 14489.
Mr. Colbert was born in Potsdam, NY, on April 24, 1948, the son of Edward and June LaValley Colbert. He graduated from Potsdam High School. For 38 years, he worked at Parker Hannifin in Lyons. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
William is survived by three sons William (Kelly Gronau) Colbert, Jon Colbert and Chris (Jennifer) Colbert; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; his mother June Colbert; a brother Wayne (Robin) Colbert; a sister Carolyn (John) Parcello.
He was predeceased by his father Edward and a sister Marie.
