Dawn Kichler Obituary
Born on October 30,1985, in Fridley, Minnesota, Dawn grew up surrounded by family and community. She graduated from Forest Lake High School in 2004 and later earned a business degree from the University of Phoenix. Her dedication to her education reflected her determination and drive. Dawn's professional journey included roles at Rainbow Foods and K-Mart before she found her place at Minnesota Monitoring. There, she became a valued member of the administration team, contributing her skills and work ethic to support the organization's mission.
Known affectionately as "Peanut," Dawn brought joy to those around her with an infectious laugh that could brighten any room. She had a deep love for music and photography-- two passions that allowed her to express her creativity and connect with others. Her camera often captured moments that became cherished memories for friends and family alike. Family was central to Dawn's life. She held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews, whose lives were enriched by her warmth and affection.
She is lovingly remembered by her father Daryl Kichler and stepmother Patti; mother Bonnie Kichler; special friend Dennis Curtis: sister Tracy Siedlecki (Mike); brother William Kichler; stepbrothers Glenn Ramey (Shanni) and Jon Ramey (Tiffany); stepsister Destiny Chizmar (Lee); stepbrother in law Doug DeFlorin; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will carry forward her memory.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Nicholas and Marie Kichler and Thomas and Chistine MacKrell; along with uncles Gordon Scheiben and Thomas MacKrell Jr. and cousin Christine Kichler.
Dawn's spirit lives on in the laughter she shared, the music she loved, and the memories held dear by those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
A Celebration of Life will be September 13th at the American Legion Post 566 at 7731 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN 55014. The times are 12:30 to 5:00.
