Carol Joninas Obituary

Carol Pickering Joninas, age 48, of Cumming passed away Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., she had lived in Cumming for the past 15 years. Carol was a spirited child, a loving wife, a wonderful mother and a caring friend. Kind hearted, friendly and fun, she brought energy and enthusiasm to everything she did. She was a passionate "Dance Mom" and loved animals. Carol became a homemaker 10 years ago with the birth of her second daughter.
She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Pickering.
Survivors include her husband of almost 18 years, John Joninas of Cumming; two daughters, Emma Joninas, Ava Joninas; her mother, Mary Pickering; and a sister, Julie Love, both of Hilton, NY.
A service celebrating Carol's life will be held Friday, Aug. 21, at 5 p.m. at Ingram Funeral Home with Pastor Andy Siebert officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's memory may be made to the Humane Society of Forsyth County, P.O. Box 337, Cumming, GA 30028 or http://www3.forsythpets.org/wp/donatetoday/.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Our deepest sympathy for your family. I met Carol many years ago when we worked together. She had an amazing way of making others feel happy and had a great smile. I hope you find comfort knowing she is at peace. God Bless you all.
