Greg's family. I knew some of you. Gregg was a friend of my wife and me. He was always caring of us. As we all know, he was always interested in everyone's life and willing to help if there was a problem. He could always be able to cause us laughter and happiness. He was our go to person about movies whether on streaming channels or at the theaters and a lover of popcorn. We have a void in our hearts and lives with his passing and feel sad for his family, friends, and anyone else that was fortunate enough to know him.

Greg was one of the most upstanding and decent human beings I have known. He was funny, so well read and a great conversationalist on his specialist subjects! He intuitively and accurately sensed the character of another and his character remained constant. He loved talking about his family, his music and his dogs. If ever there was a soul gone too soon, I feel this was one. They must have needed his kind hearted soul more where he is now, but he is missed.

Had the pleasure of being his friend for 9 yrs.i met Greg when he played in a band. We settled into being friends quite naturally. We went to movies, different events and our favorite dining experience, Waffle House. He had a sarcastic sense of humor. He was an easy going person, unless you brought up politics..lol. My heart sank when he told me of his illness. He seemed optimistic at first. Then he was in the hospital. The care and concern his family gave him got him through that part. He asked me to come stay at his house. I was overwhelmed with emotion. I was a small part of his final journey. Greg. You will live on through music, our hearts and our memories.

Greg was the middle child of nine. Maybe being in the middle had something to do with his quirky sense of humor and love of teasing. You never saw him upset or angry - his glass was always full. They say still waters run deep - Greg could be quiet but he was always present. Always willing to help, teach and explain. He loved his job, his music and his siblings. He will be missed more than he will ever know. The music died on January 11.
