Timothy " Whelchel Obituary

Timothy Lee "Tim" Whelchel, age 47, of Cleveland passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011. Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Nora Whelchel, Enoch and Mary Barrett; and his nephew, Bradley Hughes.
Survivors include his parents, George and Bonnie (Barrett) Whelchel of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Ashley Whelchel of Cleveland; grandsons, Bryson Scott Whelchel of Cumming, Bradyn Timothy Lee Whelchel of Cleveland; granddaughter, Ashlyn Nicole Claxton of Cumming; sisters and brothers-in-law, Angela and Benny Sawyer, Rachel and Jerry Hughes, all of Cumming; nieces and nephews, Christy Spicer, Brent Sawyer, Brian Sawyer, Brannon Hughes, Tenicia Lee, Brittany Hughes; great-nieces and great-nephews, Chasity, Kyle, Brianna, Logan, Arissa, Christen, Mikaela, Trent and Sawyer; and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, at the chapel in Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Bailey and Rev. Rodney Allen officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9 a.m. until hour of service at the funeral home.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
