Hazel Taylor Obituary

Hazel M. Taylor, 90, longtime Fort Morgan resident, died Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. She was born in Lequire, OK on August 14, 1923 to James & Ora Lee (Berryman) Brown. Hazel married Emmitt L. Taylor on January 22, 1942 in Amarillo, TX. Mr. & Mrs. Taylor made Fort Morgan their home in the late 1950's. Hazel was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Fort Morgan Chapter, and the D.O.E.S. Hazel is survived by her three daughters, Vicki Klassen and her husband, Edward, and Donna Taylor, of Fort Morgan, and Linda Huffman of Arvada; six grandchildren, Shane Uhrick, Shannon Uhrick, Derek Huffman, Megan Gamberg, Dara Rauzy, and Kollette Plummer. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her siblings. Private graveside interment services took place in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Fort Morgan.
