We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of Phil. He was a kind and loving man. He was such a Blessing to us when we had nothing. Our family loved him dearly, we enjoyed visiting with him listening to his stories and eating many meals with him on the ranch . Our family will always cherish him. We are grateful to have gotten to know him. We thankful he is in Heaven with his loved ones and our Savior and our family will see him again one day. Love in Christ Rex &Rhonda Miller and family
