Alexander Smith Obituary

ALEXANDER MICHAEL SMITH, 3 1/2 months, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003 at home in Fort Wayne. He was born Aug. 19, 2003, in Fort Wayne. Survivors include his parents, Mike and Cammy Smith; brothers, Ryan, Andrew, Joseph and Jacob, all at home; paternal grandparents, Peter and Joan Smith of Fort Wayne; great-grandmother, Cecilia Grossens of Mishawaka; maternal grandparents, Donald and Rosemary Konger of Churubusco. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Smith, in 1997. Service is 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, with calling one hour prior, at St. Vincent Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Road. Arrangements by D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road. Burial in St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Cemetery.
