Barb and Sue, please accept my sympathies in the loss of your
father. It has been a long time
since we have seen each other,
however, I did find a pix of you
and Judy at Merkling's taken during
the 50's. (I am Bonnie (Betley)
Hilsmier. There were some fun times
up at Pretty Lake. I'm sure your
memories of your father will bring
you much comfort.

May Our Lord Bless you and your
families, and wrap his loving arms
around you at this time.

Blessings, Bonnie

I remember the day I told Bud I was leaving Ft. Wayne. He told me that if I ever wanted to come back, I did not need an invitation to come to my own home, as his door would always be open to me. We hugged and were both in tears as I left. I have always had great appreciation for his thoughts regarding business and family. He was one of the hardest working people I have ever known. I learned a lot of my work ethics from him and my own dad which have largely contributed to my success
in the business world today.

I have lost a dear friend.
