CHRISTINE (ROLIN) RIGGLE, 86, passed away Friday, Aug. 25, 2017. Born in Ardmore, Tenn., Christine was the daughter of the late Erskin and Beulah Rolin. She was a nurse's aide for many years. She was a member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene, V.F.W., and Eagles. Christine enjoyed music, playing bingo, and spending time with her dog Lola. Surviving are her daughters, Mary Jane DeVaney of Fort Wayne, Linda Diane (Larry) McCray of Gainsville, Ga.; step-daughters, Barb (Mark) Beck of Fort Wayne and Judy (Ron) Combs of Portland, Ore.; five grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and sister, Martha (Roger) Butler of New Haven. Christine was preceded in death by husband, Robert Riggle; son, Robert Sink; and half brother, J.W. Rolin. Service is 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with calling from noon until time of service. Burial in Bowers Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the A.S.P.C.A.
