Concetta Grogg

Concetta Grogg, 80, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on February 27, 2024, at Stillwater Hospice. She was born June 22, 1943, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Carro. She retired from Guardian Photo where she worked as an inspector for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with family and playing Bingo. She is survived by her children, Annette Grogg, Maria Sabanski, Kimberly Sampson, Sheri (Lynn) Shaffer, Von (Tonya) Grogg Jr., Cassandra (Sara) Grogg, Charles (Ashley) Grogg; 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great- great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Von Richard Grogg in 2021; granddaughter, Alisa True; three brothers, Santo, Thomas Jr. and Gesido. Funeral Service will be 11 am on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home Foster Park, 6301 Fairfield Ave. Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Monday, March 4, 2024, at the funeral home. Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Stillwater Hospice 5910 Homestead Rd.
