Dear Mrs. Presley and family,
Rick and I were so sad to hear of Mr. Presley's death. Even though we only met you a few times, you both were so kind to our family. We thank God for the grandchildren we share with you, Hannah and Sean. I know they will miss their 'Papu'. We send our sincere sympathy in his death and celebration of his now eternal life.

I feel SO BLESSED to have met Mr. Presley. Upon meeting him and you Mrs. Presley I immediately felt like I had known the two of you all my life. Mr Presley had a contagious smile and such a humble spirit.
It is never easy when a loved one slips away suddenly. The Bible says we will be caught up in a moment and a twinkling of an eye. "Pa Pu" as he was affectionately called was caught up early. Have confidence in knowing however, he is SHOUTING THE VICTORY right now in heaven. As with my dad, the pain of the loss slowly decreases and the beautiful memories my family holds so dear increases; so it will be with you and your family. May God Bless you and keep you in his unfailing embrace and keep your hand in his hand. I'm here for you.

To the entire Presley Family, we want you to know that we are praying for you during this time of the loss. Take delight in knowing that he is now in a better place, for we know as Paul said, "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”. I know that Bro. It seems like it was just yesterday that I last saw Mr. Presley at a BB game or Track Meet along with his lovely wife, Mrs. Presley supporting one of their grandchildren. He always had a pleasant smile.
May you all have the peace of
God in your hearts during this most difficult time. Know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Mr. Presley is now in the cloud of witnesses cheering you on.

To the Presley family,
I am so sad to hear of Mr. Presley's passing. I served on the Jennings Center Advisory Board with him for a few years and always found him to be so pleasant, and very humble. I loved seeing him and his wife coming from the community center together after exercise class.
I am praying for God's comfort and strength for you throughout this difficult journey.

I am a close friend of Mr. Presley's granddaughter Kitiya, and although I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, I am sure he was a man of great spiritual strength and wisdom. I am so grateful that the Presley family embraced and loved me as one of their own. I am serving God right now because Dad Presley took the time to plant the seed of God's goodness in my life when I was young. I could have been lost but he wouldn't allow it to be so. Cousin Doug and wife was always so thoughtful to my mother, Savannah Hicks, the visits, just a couple of weeks ago was the last one. Life is so uncertain but we must realize that God has it all under control.
