To Alan Presley and Family
I feel SO BLESSED to have met Mr. Presley. Upon meeting him and you Mrs. Presley I immediately felt like I had known the two of you all my life. Mr Presley had a contagious smile and such a humble spirit.
It is never easy when a loved one slips away suddenly. The Bible says we will be caught up in a moment and a twinkling of an eye. "Pa Pu" as he was affectionately called was caught up early. Have confidence in knowing however, he is SHOUTING THE VICTORY right now in heaven. As with my dad, the pain of the loss slowly decreases and the beautiful memories my family holds so dear increases; so it will be with you and your family. May God Bless you and keep you in his unfailing embrace and keep your hand in his hand. I'm here for you.

The Presley Family
On The Loss of Your Loved One

To the entire Presley Family, we want you to know that we are praying for you during this time of the loss. Take delight in knowing that he is now in a better place, for we know as Paul said, "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”. I know that Bro. Presley joined that great family reunion in heaven, and someday we all can see him again. We weep with you knowing that weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. We pray that you'll keep your hands in Gods hand and he will see you through.

We love you and we are praying for you.

Sincerely,

Susan & family I'm sorry to hear of your lost; yet a precious gift the Lord has bestowed open us for a season our "Parents" to charish, their provision, wisdom, love, guidiance and best friend on this side of heaven. What a privilege in life he gives us for a season. What an exemplary figure for a Dad when in times like these we have so few patterns to follow! What loving hands to have you - "Let not your heart be trouble - in my father's house are many mansions: if it was not so, I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also. "John 14: 1-3"

To the Presley family,

I am so sad to hear of Mr. Presley's passing. I served on the Jennings Center Advisory Board with him for a few years and always found him to be so pleasant, and very humble. I loved seeing him and his wife coming from the community center together after exercise class.

I am praying for God's comfort and strength for you throughout this difficult journey.

May Holy Spirit give you all the strength needed to move through the difficult process of grief. Our Lord Jesus Christ bore your griefs and carried your sorrows and pains away when He died for your eternal salvation. May you all be surrounded with friends and intercessors who will help you as God shows Himself strong in the healing of your hearts, minds, and souls. Take of yourselfs.

May the grace of God support you all during this time. Please accept my deepest condolences. I am a close friend of Mr. Presley's granddaughter Kitiya, and although I did not have the pleasure of meeting him, I am sure he was a man of great spiritual strength and wisdom. The outstanding character of his survivors is a powerful testament to the quality of his life.

I am so grateful that the Presley family embraced and loved me as one of their own. I am serving God right now because Dad Presley took the time to plant the seed of God's goodness in my life when I was young. I could have been lost but he wouldn't allow it to be so. He was a true Patriarch of the neighborhood who set a tremendous example of being a great man. May God continue to cover the entire family His peace and love. I love you dearly!

Cousin Doug and wife was always so thoughtful to my mother, Savannah Hicks, the visits, just a couple of weeks ago was the last one. Life is so uncertain but we must realize that God has it all under control. Mrs. Presley, you guys always seemed so content and satisfied; know that you are never alone; at your lowest times, look up towards heaven from where all of your strength comes from. I will keep our family in prayer. Your Cousin
