FAYE A. PHIPPS

FAYE A. PHIPPS, 86, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018. A native of Fort Wayne, Faye also lived on both coasts of Florida and Southern California. While living in California, she attended classes in candy making, cake decorating and floral design. She loved reading and shared many books with her family and friends. Surviving are her brothers, Thomas R. Perl and Donald J. (Barbara) Perl; nieces and nephews, Darinda (AJ) Bridges, Jonas (Lisa) Perl, and David (Kristi) Perl, and their families, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Jennie Perl; her brother, William Perl; also her cherished husband, Ellis R. Phipps Jr.; and dear stepchildren, Thomas J. Phipps, Mary C. Phipps and Ellis R. Phipps III; and nephew, Chad Perl. Private family visitation and graveside service at Greenlawn Memorial Park. "Until we meet again may God Hold you in the palm of his hand."
