Our deepest condolences to Franks Family, Each time I was visiting my Family in Fort Wayne, I would visit him at his bar and have laughter about our times at St. Andrews. I remember his parents home on New Haven Ave. it was the loudest in the neighborhood and someone chasing him. I will miss you Frank. I'm so sorry to hear this. I wish I had saw him when I was home in January. He was a significant part of our Broadway neighborhood for a very long time. Scott, Brooks and I had a lot of good times there. It was one of the first places I'd come to when I'd come back home. I felt very comfortable there.
