HAROLD KRIDER Obituary

HAROLD A. KRIDER, 63, of Whitley County, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010. He was a Dana Corp. retiree. Surviving relatives include his wife of 44 years, Jo Ellen (Vogely) Krider; three children, Hilary L. (Bryan) Nicodemus of South Whitley, Ryan A. Krider of South Whitley and Marta J. (Mike) Pearce of Fort Leavenworth, Kan.; ten grandchildren; brothers, Robert Krider and Richard Krider of Columbia City, and sister, Joan Simon of Columbia City. Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at Grace Lutheran Church, 204 North Main Street, Columbia City with visitation one hour prior to service. Visitation also from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City with a Masonic Service at 8 p.m. Burial in Eberhard Cemetery. Preferred memorials to Whitley County 4-H Inc. or Shriners Hospitals for Children. Condolences to www.smithandsonsfuneralhome.com

Jo, Hillary, Ryan and Marta, we want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Went out for Jack and Cathy's anniversary Thursday evening to PJ's at St. Petes where we went when you were here. We gave a toast to Harold to a great friend that we lost. God Bless you guys.
