My daughter Pat called to tell me of Jackie's death. I send my regrets to the entire family, she was a special lady, smiling, laughing, a joy to be around. While I am on vacation and won't make it to the funeral, I want everyone to know you will be in my thoughts and prayers today. I went to visit friends today at Park Place. I was looking forward to saying hello to your mother. I was stunned when I was told the news of her passing. She was joy to be around. She always gave my spirits a lift. May it help all of you to know how well liked she was. My sincerest sympathies.

I remember Jackie and Art from Sacred Heart. I would frequently see her at events at Luers. She was one of the most giving people I've ever encountered. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you with His peace and strength.
