James Ehinger Obituary

JAMES P. EHINGER, 70, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, April 6, 2008, at home. Born May 7, 1937, he graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1954 and Purdue University in 1962. He was a pharmacist and worked in Fort Wayne for 40 years until his retirement in 2003. He loved riding motorcycles, reading and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Lois (Conrad) Ehinger of Fort Wayne; sons, Philip (Jackie) Ehinger of Lewisville, Texas and Conrad (Shannon) Ehinger of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; sister, Carol Schramm of Fort Wayne; and cousin, Robert Rodgers of Van Wert, Ohio. He was preceded in death by parents, Philip and Edna Ehinger; and his brother, Clifton Ehinger. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday, with calling one hour prior, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road. Memorials to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home.
