James Wright Obituary

James Marvin Wright II, died February 12, 2024, Born in Rushville, Indiana on October 10, 1944. Graduated cum laude, from St. Francis College, with a B.A. degree in 1977, and I.P.F.W. with a M. S. degree in 1981. He served four years in the U.S.A.F., as a Loadmaster on a C-130 aircraft, and also served three years as Commandant of the Drill Sargent Academy, 70th Training Division, U.S.A.R. He taught business at Carroll High School, and for 24 years was a New Home Sales Representative for Lancia Homes. He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Virginia Wright, and a brother, Harry. He leaves behind a wife of 30 years, Linda Gianfagna Wright, a son, James E. Rieser, and a brother, William Alan Wright. He said to say that "He came, he had a good time, and he left." There will be no services. James is to be cremated at his request.

Mr. Wright was the reason I pursued a career in numbers! And I'll never forget the short Bambi movie he shared - nothing related to Accounting, but certainly was a memory of my time at Carroll. Peace and strength to his family and loved ones.
