Dear Lisa,
I was very sad to find out from Jamie that you had passed away. You were very sweet to think of me and ask Jamie beforehand to let me know. Even though we only met briefly, we shared a common illness that bonded us in a very unique way.
I still remember you accidentally falling into the spa, fully clothed, as you reached down to touch the water. We both had such a good laugh. It provided an instant of levity in an otherwise quite serious situation. I love to have shared that moment with you and that's how I remember you: laughing, friendly, highly spirited, very communicative, smart, and with a great sense of humor.
Thank you for being my friend. I trust you are relieved to not suffer anymore, but I know you are sad to have lost your family & friends, as we are sad to have lost you. But I am sure you will be back soon; I wish you a prompt return and a happy, healthy new life.
I will miss you greatly & hope I will recognize you if we ever meet again.
Love,
Chantal

Dear Charlie and family. I met Lisa at cervivor school Delray Beach. Lisa was an inspiration. She was an amazing kind person. She had a great spirit. Her cervivor sisters will continue to share her story and advocate for other women dealing with cervical cancer. My thoughts and prayers to her family. She is at peace. She will be sorely missed. Give her sweet pup a extra snuggle. Xoxo

To Charlie and Lisa's family,
God promises us forever in heaven with him. I know that that is where she is. I'm so glad my kids and myself were a part of the Moore side of the family and we got to know Lisa through the years. All the kids absolutely loved her. I can only aspire to have the fighting spirit that Lisa had. We loved her so much!! I hope everyone involved finds comfort and peace and celebrates the wonderful life Lisa had.
Love,
Sam Moore, Ashlee Chapman and children- Ava, Gabe and Jackson

Charlie and family,
My heart is still heavy. It is hard to understand why this bright flame was extinguished so soon. She fought bravely and gave her all. My prayer for each of you is that you will somehow be able to keep her love, faith and joy alive in your own lives, until you meet again.

Me and my mom knew Lisa from Carroll and from Perry Hill. From what I can remember about her, she was the nicest and most importantly, most successful person I have ever met. She was in a lot of clubs. I am saddened to hear about her passing.

Hi Eric. I was heartbroken to see that your daughter had died. You and your family have our deepest sympathies at this terrible loss. A parent should never have to go through losing a child. I wish that there was something that I could say that would ease the pain, but I know that would be impossible. The prayers of Susan, Jason, and myself are with your family.

Dear Lisa,
As I write this I feel both sadness and relief that you are finally free of your sickly, physical body. You loved life and gave a lot to others to help make a difference in their lives, including your caring for others in your profession. May you be deeply touched by the grief and sadness that you are now observing with Charley, many family members, friends and others including your ever faithful and protective dog. May you enjoy your celebration of life service on October 9 like nobody else. May you enjoy the dance of life in Spirit and being free of your physical body. You are now surrounded with so much Love and Light in Spirit. May all of your Soul Friends and others in Spirit help you make the transition from Earth back to your home in Spirit very easy. You came from Spirit. You have now returned to Spirit. May your closest loved ones truly believe and know that your fun filled Soul continues to live beyond the physical. May they be open to hearing or feeling your reassuring touch that all is well where you now are. May they take comfort in knowing that, besides the many wonderful wonderful memories you and they share together, that you will all see each other again. Blessings to you, Lisa, for bringing joy and comfort to so many people in your short but meaningful life. Dance. Dance, Lisa. Dance the joy of Life! Do crazy things in Spirit like you did on Earth. Visit those places you would have liked to see. Sit on top of castles and above all, embrace all of the Love and Light that now surrounds you. God is Great.
God is Love. God is part of You, Lisa. Kindest regards from Larry

Lisa took care of me after surgery a few years ago, I felt so bad for her as I was the pain in the butt nurse who wanted to do everything for herself and didn't want help, didn't help I was a co worker too who knew better. She was amazing with a smile on her face the entire time. I am very sorry for your loss.

Lisa was truly an amazing soul. She took me under her wing and taught me everything she knew when I was a new and scared nurse at Elkhart General Hospital. She was a true friend and the kind of person you only meet once in your life, if you are lucky enough. I will miss her every day. My heart hurts. I love you always Lisa, thank you for being my friend.

From the very beginning, Lisa had one of the biggest personalities that I'd ever met! Nothing and no one ever stood in her way! I think confident was her middle name! This world is definitely going to be a lonelier place without her.
Much love to all of you.
