Marcelline Lothamer Obituary

Marcelline H. Lothamer, 94, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on April 4, 2024, at Park Place Senior Living. Born on September 3, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Florence (Light) Pequignot. On September 11, 1948, Marcelline married the love of her life, Lawrence Lothamer, who passed away in 2022. She worked for the Indiana Auto Auction as a clerk for over 20 years. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Elaine (Jerry) Campbell and Janet (Kevin) Galbreath; son, Michael (Vickie) Lothamer; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Marcelline was preceded in death by her husband; son, David (Nancy) Lothamer; granddaughter, Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Josie and Cole; her parents; and step brother, Max Sitton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr., Ft. Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Visitation also from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne with a Rosary beginning at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Ft. Wayne. Memorials can be written to Honor Flight of NE Indiana. Condolences can be left at www.divinemercyfuneralhome.com.
