MARK D. TEETS, M.D., 52, of Defiance, Ohio, died Friday, May 30, 2003, at Paulding County Hospital. Born April 19, 1952 in Union-town, Pa., he was Chief of Staff at Paulding County Hospital and Medical Doctor at Oakwood Medical Center, Oakwood, Ohio. Surviving are his wife, Sally Teets of Defiance; parents, Edgar and Goldie Teets of Sidney, Ohio; sons, Aaron Teets of Chandler, Ariz., Nathan Teets of Indianapolis; daughter, Erica Teets of Columbus, Ohio; brothers, Edgar Teets of Okeana, Ohio and Benjamin Teets of Sidney, Ohio. Service is 11 a.m. (E.D.T.) Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, Paulding, with calling one hour prior. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. (E.D.T.) Monday, and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. (E.D.T.) Tuesday, at DenHerder Funeral Home, Paulding. Burial at Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco, Ohio.
