I knew Max for many years. I remember when ax first started playing golf. He would bend down twist the grass to make a "grass tee". Max was a great guy who was always smiling. I'll miss you Max.

my first full time job was at Brotherhood Life under Max. I´ve always remembered his kindness. I worked for him 1959-1961 with wonderful memories. sorry i just saw this on Saturday morning at 10:30 or i´d have been at his service to honor him.
