MILDRED F. CARMONA BECKMAN

MILDRED F. CARMONA BECKMAN, 89, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at Bethlehem Woods Rehab Center, Fort Wayne. Born in New Haven, she was a homemaker, and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, charter and life member of VFW Auxiliary 2457 in New Haven. She enjoyed needlepoint and making rosaries. Surviving are her son, Daniel (Sarah) Carmona of Fort Wayne; stepchildren, Gloria Jean Brewer, Norma (Gary) Bronson, Charles (Glena) Beckman, Lloyd (Linda) Beckman, Laura K. McCullogh, and Ruth Ann Miller; grandchildren, Christopher Ross and Anthony W. Carmona of Everett, Mass.; step-grandchildren, Chris Holly, Danielle (Ron) Gibson and Heather (Darren) Oubre; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Allison, Christopher, and Daniel Carmona, Adam and Lee Gibson; brothers, Orville and Maurice Kline, both of Fort Wayne; sisters, Aileen Sarrazine and Alma Gevers, both of Fort Wayne; and sisters-in-law, Beverly Kline and Claire Kline, both of New Haven. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ross C. Carmona; husband, Albert Beckman; parents, Henry and Mary Kline; step-daughter, Mary Louise Harper; grandchild, Daniel Carmona; brothers, Julian, Amos, Louis, Paul, Noel, and James Kline; sisters, Nonna Geels and Mary Newport. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Drive, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at D.O.
