NOBLE NICODEMUS

NOBLE NICODEMUS, 92, of Decatur, Ind., died the morning of Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Adams Memorial Hospital ER; he had fallen unexpectedly ill at his residence earlier in the morning. Noble was united in marriage with Ruth Knittle on Sept. 16, 1950, in Decatur, Ind.; preceded him in death on May 21, 2013. Surviving are his daughter, Linda Nicodemus of Decatur; son, Roger Nicodemus of Pentwater, Mich.; and sisters, Donnabell Leeth of Boaz, Ala. and Jeannette (Lewis) Vale of Vacaville, Calif. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Thomas, Donnella Hayes and Mary Rose Raudebush; and brother, Robert Nicodemus. Service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur. Visitation is from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
