Carol and Family,
It has been an honor to get to know and care for Phil over the last many years. I found him to be so very kind and caring, and reflective of God's love to those he met.
May your hearts be lightened as you mourn your loss, and celebrate his earthly life.
... May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you Peace

One of the kindest people I will ever know. It was an honor to have had him as our volunteer. We need more people in this world like Phil.
