I knew Phil from the church that we went to when we were kids. He came from nice parents and siblings . We were all family back then I'm very sorry to hear he passed away ron rumbaugh

Philip was my buddy and my Scrabble partner. I will miss our lunches and the 2 hours of Scrabble that we played just so you could whip my butt! Philip I miss you so much
