Ray was a coworker but also a very dear friend. He was a great guy who I enjoyed and adored so much. We became friends within my first week of working for the City over 25 years ago and I got a nickname from him by the end of the second week that stuck ever since then! I respected him and admired and relied on his vast knowledge and work experiences. He helped me so much. He talked so fondly of his kids which was always really great to hear - he was a very proud dad. I am very sad about his passing and will be thinking about his friends and family.
