RICHARD HOEPPNER Obituary

RICHARD "DICK" PAUL HOEPPNER, 67, of New Haven, died on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. Born in Wood burn, he was the son of the late Paul and Dorothy Hoeppner. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Woodburn. He served his country in Vietnam and was a member of American Legion Post 47. He retired in 2005 from BF Goodrich after 42 years. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Beverly; children, Paula Dalton and Mark (Sara) Hoeppner; grandchildren, Dustin (Corynn) McKibben, Jessica, Natalie and Alycia Dalton, Devin and Cheyenne Hoeppner; and siblings, Jim (Erika) Hoeppner, Nancy (Ed) Gerardot, Roger (Pam) Hoeppner, Donna (Dennis) Witman, Sandy (Sunny) Pickle, Becky (Woody) Woodbury, Linda (Herald) Burke, and Jeff Hoeppner. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at Christ Lutheran Church, 4412 Park St., Woodburn, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Timothy Edwards officiating. Calling is from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 State Rd 930 E, New Haven. Burial in the church cemetery with military honors.
