Rodger Endsley Obituary

RODGER L. ENDSLEY, 75, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2005, Born Jan. 3, 1930, in Fort Wayne, he retired in 1995 as a programmer and computer operator from Navistar, after 46 years of service. He was a member of 163rd Fighter Bomber Squadron of the Air National Guard, during the Korean War and a charter member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Survived by his wife, Carol E.; daughter, Janice E. (Bob) Fisher of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Lindsay, Travis and Abby Fisher; sister, Shirley J. Susdorf of Decatur; and brother, Jack E. (Nancy) Endsley of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by son, Ron; and brother, Leon. Memorial service is 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Bethany United Methodist Church, 7115 Sunny Lane, with reception following service at church. Burial at a later date at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials to Bethany United Methodist Church, Cancer Services of Allen County or Fort Wayne Rescue Mission. Arrangements by Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home.

We are so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. We enjoyed talking with him when we had breakfast together at Willie's Restaurant. He will be missed.

i don't remember you but the name sounds familier--i also was in 153th weather squadron.station in iowa--i worked in the hanger as a mechanic--
