I had the distinct pleasure of interviewing Ruth for a Unity article back in 2008. From that day forward, she has held a special place in my heart. I always looked forward to a smile and a hug whenever I saw her!

Ruth was such a caring, loyal, determined employee at our store for over 37 years. She greeted everyone she met with kind words and a big smile and was especially happy when talking about her friends and family. She always asked about our families and remembered birthdays. Ruth continued working and at the age of 90 was still completing all her chosen tasks. She will be so dearly missed. Rest peacefully in your Heavenly Father's Arms dear friend.

I am so sad to have lost a dear friend and such a sweet and wonderful person in my life. I will always remember how much love and kindness she had to offer, even to a stranger. With open arms and those nice hugs she always gave me. I will miss you at all the picnics . But now you have you rest and time with the Lord, I am sure he will have something for you to do up in Heaven . One day, I will meet you again and we can talk about all the things we used too. I will always love you my one true Friend.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. She diligently led her Friday Lunch Bunch . Always made sure everyone was doing ok. Ruth always checked in on my client Ralph Thomas when he couldn't make Friday lunches. You will be missed Ruth. Even though I was a fifth wheel in your group, you were always kind and welcomed me. Heaven has a newly minted angel with a big heart and golden wings. I'm sure our Lord said Rest well good and faithful servant.
