To Steve's family:
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I knew Steve through his friend Randall Smith. I'm his sister-in-law. I meet Steve in the 70's he was always very nice to me as I was Randy's kid SIL and I know he cared for my brother in law very much. In times of such pain reminding ourselves that the memories we make with our loved ones help them live on in our lives long after their gone helps get us through each day a step at a time. May you find peace in the days to come as you reflect on all the good times you shared. Steve was a good guy and fun to hang out with.
With deep condolences

I worked with Steve a number of times in his professional capacity. I really enjoyed him. He was kind, polite, professional and very dependable. Steve' calm, capable demeanor was always welcome in tough situations. I am terribly sorry about his passing.

Sally & Sophia, Steve & I go back quite a ways in the DNR days. It's been some time since he and I chatted but he told me he was happy for that stressful era as he would not have met you otherwise. He truly loved you both. Thinking of you with positive thoughts and prayers. As ever, Blythe

Steve and I were classmates, Class of ‘77 HNHS. We were also good friends who lost contact with one another until March 2015, when we reconnected. We chatted often since then. The emotions over Steve’s death are raw; I have this enormous hurt inside. I never met Sally or Sophie...but my love, hugs, and sympathy are with you...and with Steve’s siblings and other family members. Rest well my friend. I miss our chats and I so much am going to miss getting together with you for a visit. Bruce Mason
