Love you Uncle Blood.
My dad, Grandpa, Uncle Boop & You have all been on my mind heavily recently. I miss you all and wish more than anything that I could speak to you all & hear the stories, learn more about our family and just spend time with yall. I know now you rest peacefully with Grandpa and the bros lol. Thank you for blessing us with your presence; the lessons you passed on to my cousins; I know you are looking down so proud because I´m proud just to be related to them. I´ll be checking back in a talking with you all soon, I hope you all can feel how much we love and miss you.

I recall that Steve once lived in an apartment that was directly atop a bakery in the town of Hezerath in what was then West Germany during the years 1979 and 1980. Steve and I shared several adventures, meals and general camaraderie. Years later I was privileged to be at his and Martha's (aka "Mort") wedding along with others of his Air Force friends. I am, even at this late date, deeply affected by his passing. My prayers and thoughts go out to his beautiful family. May God's peace be with them.

To know Steve was to instantly like him. He was SO NICE! And that laugh! I know you held a variety of titles over your life and that your favorite title of all was "dad." Rest in peace, my friend.
