Tommy i did not know you had crossed over. I am saddened that i did not get to say goodbye. You were my first true love in all the world. I have never loved anyone the way i loved you. Wishing all the Biberstine family my greatest condolences. My mother, Gloria Klopfenstein Baumgartner Howes, was Tom's Mom's niece. I remember going to Aunt Lizzie's house off of Pettit in Ft. Wayne (don't remember the street name your house was on) to visit with Uncle Ralph, Aunt Lizzie and the kids. My mom always talked fondly of all of you. May your memories give you peace.

Dear Dillon, Chad, Dustin, Collin, Cassondra and family,
We feel very fortunate that Tom touched our lives and we had the opportunity to meet such a great person. He and our son David shared many great times and they each taught each other a thing or two about fishing. We met Tom only a few times but in those times your dad was just larger than life. He and I chatted just the end of July, he was very lucky to be so close with all his children and he knew it. We have no words to express our sadness of Tom's passing and are so sorry for your loss.

We knew from the first day we met Tommy that our lives would never be the same. He has been our travel companion, roommate , guardian and brother from another mother for 39 years. Our lives now will never be the same without you Tommy. We will love and miss you always ! xoxo

We are extremely upset to hear the tragic news of Tom's sudden passing. Over the many years we have known him he has always been a great friend and neighbour. We have shared many beers and fun times with him and these happy memories will always linger with us. We will miss his raucous laugh from the balcony.
