THOMAS "ELDON" DICE

THOMAS "ELDON" DICE, 80, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021, at his home. He graduated from Hunter town High School in 1958. He was a brick Mason for more than 40 years. In his retirement, he drove for Dekalb Area Rural Transit, where he enjoyed talking with the people and his wood train whistle for the kids. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara Dice; sons, Brent (Laura Grindean) Dice and Barry (Jennie) Dice; daughters, Denise Rager and Dawn Dice (Todd) Renner; sister-in-law, Gorgean Dice; 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Dice and Jessie Dice - Johnson; brothers, Keith and Paul Dice; and sisters, Martha Doster and Darlene Smith. Service is 10 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Huntertown Chapel, with calling one hour prior to the service. Calling also from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 5, 2021, at the funeral home. Burial at Eel River Cemetery, Allen County. Memorials to the Churubusco United Methodist Church Food Give Away.
