TYRONE HERNANDEZ Obituary

TYRONE L. HERNANDEZ, 38, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Tyrone was the kitchen manager at Voodoo Barbecue in New Haven, Ind. Ty was a gentle soul who had a way of making every person he met feel included as if they were his own family. He was known for his giant hugs, his contagious laughter and his pure kindness. Tyrone had a passionate love for music (especially live music) for creating delicious food and for living life to the fullest. He loved to laugh and he was happiest when he was surrounded by his many loving friends. There are not many people who could be so loving, forgiving, selfless and fun as Ty. His love and joy for life will be remembered by all who knew him. He is survived by his brothers, Brett Pollock, Kirk Pollock, Craig Hernandez (Danielle Gleason); his niece, Leah Pollock and nephew, Christopher Pollock; his godson, Keagan Callow; and very special, loving friend forever, Brandy Wilkes. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dianne Berry. A private memorial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be sent to Wigs for Kids, 24231 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake (OH 44145).

My deepest condolences to the family. Ty was one of the hardest working people I had the pleasure to work with. He was respected and loved by all who came in touch with him. He will be greatly missed by his New Haven Voodoo family.

My family and I would like to send our sincere condolences to all of "the family". As most may know I don't have facebook, so I'll be expressing My heartfelt feelings here.My heart has been hurting bad since getting the news last Thursday. You and I were close bruh's for sooo many years and I feel extremely lost and numb knowing that your not with us anymore. I recall meeting you and many other great people when starting my 1st job at 15 in the mall(MCL cafeteria). There are MANY great memories I will take from the time we had. Ty was a man that ALWAYS loved to seek an adventure. Some of these adventures included cedar point trips, fishing, swimming, darts, corn hole, camping, cooking, and concerts. This is just a brief overview of the DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Yuuup I said it( we watched it too...Many years ago). Shhhh. Don't laugh... he's listening! That new DMB dropped the day after you left us. Its been playing nonstop... and the album title(Come Tomorrow) has definitely left me puzzled and asking WHY he took you from us so soon. Ty, I want you to know that I love you bruh and you will be GREATLY missed ... but NEVER FORGOTTEN. Can't wait until the day we get to talk, dance, sing, laugh together again. Until we meet again my friend ❤
