Dear Chris,

My sincere condolences to you and your families during this difficult time.

I was a co-worker with Dave back in the Shawmut Mortgage days, and although I have not seen Dave in many many years, he was always very pleasant to work with and made a lasting impression with the lives he touched in the mortgage business.

With deepest sympathy,
Darlene Pearl
