Dylan Leclerc Obituary

STRAFFORD - Dylan R. Leclerc, 20, of Strafford, N.H., died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at his home. Dylan was born on February 17, 1996, in Dover, N.H., the son of Robert and Candy (Toussaint) Leclerc.

Dylan was a young man who loved his family and friends dearly. He was a 2014 graduate of Coe Brown Northwood Academy, were he was involved with the FFA. He enjoyed hiking, canoeing, bonfires, riding his motorcycle, doing burnouts and mostly, making people laugh. We will never forget your devious smile, contagious laugh, personality, and your enthusiasm towards your family and friends. Dylan was one of kind and will truly be missed by family, friends and many in the community.

Members of his family include: his mother, Candy Leclerc; father, Robert Leclerc; brother, Bailey Leclerc, all of Strafford, N.H.; grandparents, Richard and Patricia Toussaint, of South Berwick, Maine; Leon and Ann Leclerc, of Somersworth, N.H.; aunts and uncles, Richard and Amy Toussaint, of Somersworth, N.H., and Michael and Jennifer Leclerc, of Stratham, N.H., along with extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Dylan's name be made to the CBNA FFA Chapter, 907 First NH Turnpike, Northwood, N.H., 03261. All donations will stay local and will help the current and future members of Dylan's chapter that need financial assistance with obtaining the FFA blue jacket.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held from 1-3 p.m., on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Bernier Funeral Home, 49 South St., Somersworth, N.H. A remembrance ceremony will follow immediately at 3 p.m., with Rev. Brad Hirst officiating. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.bernierfuneralhome.net . The Broken Chain
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

My heart goes out to Dylan's family and friends. The beautiful pictorial display shares what a full and happy life he had in just 20 short years, and how very much he was loved - by his family and friends and by his animal friends. A wonderful tribute to Dylan. God Bless him and all who loved him.
