Gloria Kathios Obituary
Dover, NH - 1934-2021.
Mrs. Gloria A. Kathios, of Dover, New Hampshire passed away on Thursday February 25, 2021 at the age of 86 years old. She died peacefully at St. Ann's Nursing Home with her beloved husband Spiro and her children by her side.
Gloria was born and raised in Dover, NH, daughter of the late Leo and Lillian (Mandeville) Crateau.
She spent 22 years with the Dover Police Dept. as a Secretary where she was well known and liked. In her retirement she enjoyed vacationing with her husband, and spending time with her family.
A beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was always smiling and brought much joy to our lives. She was loving and caring and will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Gloria is survived by her devoted husband Spiro, her son Marc Murphy, her daughter Tammy Crossman, her step children George Kathios, Mark Kathios, Mary Johnson, Joanne Johnson, Dawn David, Lori Walsh and Kathleen Dunton; her two grandchildren Christopher Murphy and Angela Peck; her two great grandchildren, Leah and Bryce Peck; her brother Edouard Crateau and his wife Shirley. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 4th from 2pm-4pm at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave. A burial will take place in the Spring.

Condolences to Spiro and all of Gloria’s family as you mourn her passing. Gloria and I knew one another from elementary thru high school and many years beyond. We were part of the Class of 1952 friends who met regularly for many many years. She always brought much joy and laughter at each get together.
