Ida Nadeau Obituary
Born in Dover, December 20, 1928 the daughter of Joseph and Alberta (Provencher) Nadeau. She attended Dover Schools and was a graduate of McIntosh College.
Prior to her retirement she was a 28-year employee of the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services Department where she was a welfare officer. She also had worked at Liberty Mutual for three years. She was a volunteer with the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Auxiliary for 20 years.
Ida loved to travel, both in this country and abroad.
She was a member of St. Charles Church.
She is survived by a sister Estelle Delano of Somersworth, four nieces, and cousins.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Vigneault, and three brothers Jean Marc Nadeau, Jean Robert Nadeau and Leo P. Nadeau.
Friends are invited to call Friday, November 16th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at the Parish of the Assumption, St. Mary Church, corner of Chestnut and Third Streets. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery.

I am a waitress at Harvey's Coffee Shop. I always looked forward to seeing Ida's smiling face. I always made sure I visited with her for a bit. We talked about our travels. She always appreciated a good joke. I'm going to miss her dearly, she was one of my favorite people. My heart and prayers go out to Ida's family.
