He was born Dec. 10, 1942 in Dover the son of James and Yvonne (Lachance) Flanagan.
Family includes his wife of 52 years, Jennifer (Duso) Flanagan; three children, Shelley Jorge, Christine Lamper and her husband Shawn and Owen Flanagan, Jr., nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren whom he loved with all his heart.

Strong, protective, love of family and faith, very proud grandpa and great grandpa. This is what comes to mind when I think of you. Thanks for being an uncle who has given me and my children some wonderful lasting memories. Like boxing tips to your great nephew (Emmett). You always called him that because you saw so much of your Uncle Emmett in him. Brendan will treasure that. Thanks for the many stories you told of the past which I loved because they were like a history lesson to me that I have and will continue to pass on to my own kids. You're now with your brothers who I know you loved and missed dearly. Give them all a great big hug from me. Great big hug to Nana and Papa Flanagan too and if you see my dad tell him how much I love and miss him. ❤ RIP you're in our hearts forever.
