WILMA LEE GAGER September 15, 1924 May 25, 2023 Wilma Lee Gager, 98, lifetime Fowler, Colorado resident passed away May 25, 2023 at the Fowler Healthcare Center. She was born on September 15, 1924 to C.W. & Olive Buck in Fowler. She was a longtime editor of the Fowler Tribune Democrat. Wilma is survived by her sons, Gary Gager of Fowler and Jim (Val) Gager of Fowler; grandchildren, Bryan Gager of Texas, Lisa Campbell of Fowler, Nicole (Michael) Hartman of Parker, CO, Sarah Gager and Rebekah Gager; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter Dale Gager, son, John Gager, grandson, Rick Gager, and brother, Charlie Buck. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Fowler with Pastor Duane Kincaid officiating, Interment will follow at the Fowler Cemetery.
