Cecil, Jr. (Donna), J. Allan Cecil II (Kimberly), J. RobbCecil(Peggy), J. Michael Cecil (Christine deBarbadillo), J. David Cecil (Bonnie), Anita Cecil Smith (Stephen C., Jr.); also sur- vived by fifteen grandchil- dren and three great- grandchildren, one sister (Anita Smuck Marocco) and one brother (Stanley J. Smuck); predeceased by one sister (Rita Smuck Killian) and three brothers (Harry P. Smuck, Joseph I. Smuck, and William R. Smuck).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 1st,

2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, Charlestown Retirement Community, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228. Prior to Mass, from 1:15 p.m. until 1:45 p.m., family and friends will be received at the Chapel. Reception will follow the Mass. On Tuesday, December 4th, 2012 at 12:00 noon, interment at Holy Face Cemetery, 20408 Point Lookout Road, Great Mills, MD 20634. Reception will follow interment.
