Deborah Legard Obituary

Deborah Kay Legard, 54, lost her battle with cancer on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010.

She was born on Feb. 22, 1956, in Leesburg, Va., to Peter and Kathryn Legard. Her first job was at McDonald's in Leesburg. She worked at Loudoun Memorial Hospital as a nurses aid on Main 2. She held various technical jobs throughout her adult life.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Frank Legard III.

She is survived by her sister, Susan Allison of Fort Myers, Fla.; her nephew, Peter Frank IV; and two nieces, Heather Legard and Jenny Rankin; aunts; an uncle; and numerous cousins and friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in Deborah's memory to the Lovettsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 123, Lovettsville, VA 20180.
