Libby holds a special place in our hearts as she cared for Chelsea as her caretaker from early months to toddler. We wish we could be there in person but we are there in prayer and love for this very kind and beautiful woman.

Libby was one of the first ladies to welcome me and my dog diesel to the BELL COURT neighborhood. I soon found out that she was a great person who didn't have any issues with the way I looked and she got to know my dog when most were afraid to even say hi. I used to play music in the summer and she would walk her laps and she would stop and dance and she would tell me to turn it up. To the family I'm So sorry to hear of her passing, she was one of a kind and I will miss seeing her outside with her plants and flowers.

Libby was one of the original residents at the Bell Court community in Woodsboro along with my mom. Libby and my mom often walked together in their earlier years as residents, and they were good friends. I'm glad I had a nice front porch conversation with Libby back in May. Libby was always positive person. My condolences to the family for your loss. May your fond memories bring you comfort.
