Jacqueline McGlaughlin Obituary
Born Aug. 4, 1934, in Waynesboro, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Lee and Edna Marie Kendall McGlaughlin.
She graduated in 1952 from Smithsburg High School, and lived all of her life in Highfield. She worked for a number of years as a bank teller in Blue Ridge Summit, Pa., and in Thurmont.
She was a member of St. Stephen's Reformed Church, Highfield, and a member of Plymouth Chapter 41 of the Order of Eastern Star, Union Bridge.
She is survived by one sister Arlene Pryor of Thurmont; two nieces, Dolores Weddle of Thurmont, and Donna Brognard of Middletown; one grandniece; and two grandnephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Terry Foor will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
In lieu flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Plymouth Chapter 41, Order of Eastern Star, c/o Geneva Delphey, 11919 Green Valley Road, Union Bridge, Md. 21791.
