Kristine Beaulieu Obituary

Kristine Marie Beaulieu (née Brophy) passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Richmond, Virginia on January 18th, 2016 at the age of 36.

Kristine is survived by her beloved husband of three years, Elliott, her parents John and Susie Brophy, sister Kathleen Hockman, in-laws Ron and Katie Beaulieu, brother in-law Jake Hockman, sister-in-law Allison Beaulieu, nieces Lily and Vivian Hockman, nephew Ford Beaulieu, and dog Sampson.

Kristine was born on April 11th, 1979 in Washington DC. She grew up in Middletown, graduated from Middletown High school in 1997 and went onto graduate from Radford University with a chemistry major in 2001. While at Radford, she was President of ASA Sorority. After moving to Richmond, she began working for Pfizer, ultimately becoming a Senior Scientist.

Kristine lived an active lifestyle, and had a love for the outdoors. When not walking her great dane Sampson, running or golfing, water or snow skiing, taking Pure Barre classes, playing various intramural sports, or watching a Redskins game, Kristine could be found singing karaoke with friends. Kristine was a classic beauty, who was an extremely positive, easygoing, and kind person. She was a beloved wife, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend who was loved by many and will be missed by all.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Lung Cancer Research Foundation https://28353.thankyou4caring.org/donate. The family would like to thank the staff at Chippenham and Johnston Willis hospitals for their care and dedication.

Such a very sad time for everyone. She was such a loving and care-free child. I remember many happy times with The Brophys, Millers, Bridges and so many other friends and family.
My heart goes out to Susie, John and Kathleen and, unfortunately, the remainder of the family that I never had the honor and pleasure of meeting The family stood by me thru all of my heartaches and my thoughts and prayers are with them now
