Larry McKenzie Obituary
Larry is survived by his two sons, Jamie Lee McKenzie and wife Connie and Jason Alan McKenzie and wife Crystal; his girlfriend of 22 years, Kathryn Nadene McKenzie; one brother, Ronnie J. McKenzie Sr.; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and seven nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Sammy W. Hood Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or the funeral home to help with final expenses.

I'd like to mention again because its true that I believe this is the only time this wonderful man has ever put a frown on anyone's face;always at the least,a smile, but mostly laughter.The only time you were to be scared of this bearded man was when you were challenged by him in a game of cornhole or horseshoes.Lord in heaven;if you see this man approach you in a seemingly threatening silhouette,with his weapon of choice in his hand. He only wants to invite you to a friendly game of his favorite pastime.
