Mary Seward Obituary

Mary Alice Smith Seward, 41 of Frederick, tragically passed away December 31, 2022 New Years' Eve.

Mary leaves behind three sons Tyler Smith Andrews, 23 of Frederick, Kabian McCoy, 21 of Brunswick, Matthew Lookingbill II, 11 of New Market. Mary is also survived 4 siblings Charlie Jacobs and wife Antonia of Middletown, Chris Stone and wife Danielle of Frederick, Melissa DeLawder and husband Curtis of Frederick, and Dean (DJ) Stone of Frederick. Along with her siblings, she leaves behind her beloved father Melvin Seward of Jefferson and step-father Dean Stone Sr of Frederick as well as multiple nieces, nephews, and one great nephew that she adored along with multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mary enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. If you knew Mary, she was always headed to the river to go fishing with her boys or cookouts with her family. Mary had a smile that lit up the room and the bluest eyes that most will remember.

Mary Alice is preceded in death by her beloved mother Elizabeth Stone, maternal grandparents Lawrence and Joann smith, paternal grandparents Pappy George and Bessie Seward along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family is planning a celebration of life and everyone will be notified of a time and date by family as soon as available.

In lieu of flowers, please go to Facebook where there is a GoFundMe to help with her cremation cost and the celebration of life cost.

Mary will be greatly missed by her beloved family and friends, as well as fantastic memories with everyone who knew her. Mary Alice Smith Seward
