Robert Hyssong Obituary
He was the husband of Mary Shapee Hyssong. They were married for 50 years.
Born July 30, 1926, in Hagerstown, he was a son of the late William LeVan and Clara Beck Hyssong.
Mr. Hyssong was a graduate of Frederick High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was a retired employee of Electronic Supply Co., High Point, N.C.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Nanette C. Hyssong of Long Beach, Calif.; one son, Scott Alan and wife Kathy of High Point; one grandson, Chase Hyssong of High Point; one sister, Joanne Bennett of Murrell's Inlet, S.C.; two brothers, William Hyssong Jr. of Baltimore, and John Hyssong of Frederick.
He was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Hyssong; and one daughter, Diane Hyssong.
Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 18, at Sechrest Funeral Home Chapel, High Point.
Interment was in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery.
