I remember Sam at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He always had a smile and was a kind man. So sorry to learn of his passing.

Dear Family,so sorry to hear of Sam´s passing.He was really a great person.I remember there was a couple from the hospital that needed a place to live and he took them in.Sam was a devoted employee and a wonderful coworker.So sorry that he gone so soon.I am sure he riding his Mustang in heaven. So sorry to hear Sam has passed. We were friends at the hospital and every time I or a family member needed surgery we always ask for Sam. He´d show up with a smile and a hug. So sorry for your families loss.
